The Serotta brand is entering an exciting time in 2010. Our plan is dedicated to taking the level of detail and workmanship found in the Serotta Bicycles and duplicating the same standard in all phases of the business; from the initial customer contact; whether through a flagship account or directly through our facilities and/or web based “Serotta Concierge”, through to the final bicycle delivery and follow-up, to exponentially create the positive Serotta riding experience in everything we do.

Our Mission

Deliver a complete and premium cycling experience in everything we do. We have added the new “Serotta Concierge” function to help connect, educate or problem solve for our owners and prospective owners or even for other riders who are stumped and need some help.

For example:
  • Schedule SICI FITs in our fit studio or find a certified FIT specialist near you
  • What is the best way to ship my bike to Europe for a trip?
  • I am riding a Century for the first time, what should I be ready for?
  • Or any possible bike question and more!
For any issues or questions, please email us and we will get back to you with answers or a path toward solutions within 1 business day. Currently, we are out riding long on the weekends and don't have the Concierge desk staffed weekends or holidays. We apologize in advance for any inconvenince this may cause you in getting timely help or an answer. In addition, if you don't hear back from us within a timely manner it may be due to your mail getting stuck in our spam filter.
