Already, the "Serotta Concierge" is ready to make the ordering process easy and answer any and all of your cycling questions directly and drive product solutions and problem solving to the entire distribution chain.

We have a fantastic group of dedicated dealers starting with our Flagship Dealers, Elite and Pro level dealers across the country and the same structure in Europe. We stand ready to help facilitate your needs with them, through the Serotta Factory FIT lab location or even a combination of both.

At the same time, we are in the process of working with transaction partner "Shopatron" to make it even easier for you to order on the WEB Serotta Sizing Cycle FIT and other Serotta products; picking them up at your favorite store or have them delivered to your door by a store which services your region.

Our Mission: Deliver a complete and premium cycling experience in everything we do.

We want to make it easy for you to gain information and product fulfillment. We are targeting late spring early summer to have this portion of our new WEB site fully functional.
