Serotta is strongly entering 2011. Our plans are working and we have just had one of our most successful pre-season bookings in several years. Our plan is dedicated to taking the level of detail and workmanship found in the Serotta Bicycles and duplicating the same standard in all phases of the business; from the initial customer contact; whether through a flagship account or directly through our facilities and/or web based “Serotta Concierge”, through to the final bicycle delivery and follow-up, to exponentially create the positive Serotta riding experience in everything we do.

Our Mission: Deliver a complete and premium cycling experience in everything we do.
