We are happy to perform any repair or refurbishing for your Serotta. The same craftsmen who build our frames complete all repairs. To arrange for any warranty or repair services please read the "return instructions" or call your authorized Serotta Dealer.

Due to the high seasonal volume of orders, we regret that we will be unable to accept or process additional repair/refinish work at this time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Like you, we want your Serotta, whatever the work required, to be returned to pristine condition as soon as possible. We anticipate being able to accept additional repair work on or before June 15. If you would like to be notified when we can again accept RA’Äôs, please email your request to info@serotta.com and we will keep you abreast of availability. In the meantime, we thank you for your patience. Please note, this backlog does not impact the handling of warranty issues, which will continue to be handled as a high priority
